My cut and color came out beautifully, but wasn’t quite the look I had in mind. I reached out to the salon to have some adjustments made and Keri, the owner, responded as soon as the salon opened the next day to make space in the schedule to come back in. Upon arrival, Keri personally approached me and listened to each of my concerns, my desired result, devised a creative solution, and oversaw the execution.

I LOVE this salon! Today was my first time in and I was immediately greeted by the nicest girl that I have ever met! I didn’t catch her name, but she was so kind and happy! The salon itself is gorgeous and very clean! I then met my stylist, Brittany, who was also a doll! She listened to every idea I had and was so incredibly kind and personable! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI had been trying to find someone to cut my hair the way I have always wanted it and I FINALLY got my wish at Michael Thomas Salon! I am SUPER happy with the cut Ruthie gave me. She is a genius with hair and she was fun to talk to. I am definitely going to continue getting my hair cut by Ruthie. The cost of the services are slightly higher BUT you get what you pay for. You pay a lot for a pair of shoes, so why wouldn’t you also pay more to get your hair done exactly the way you want it? I had been trying to find someone to cut my hair the way I have always wanted it and I FINALLY got my wish at Michael Thomas Salon! I am SUPER happy with the cut Ruthie gave me. Garrett is my hair dressor at MTS and he is just wonderful. I have been coming to get my hair cut and highlights for almost a year now with him. Love the staff! And love that they provide snacks to customers, very smart since you can be there sometimes for 2 or 3 hours. I also had my make up done professionally there for my 50th birthday!!! I get so many compliments on this photo attached. Hair and makeup by MTS! ❤

When I went in Garrett was honest with me and said that goal may not be attainable in one session, which I understood and was okay with that. He proceeded to do what he could, which landed my hair at a perfect platinum! What a wonderful surprise! Garrett was friendly, honest, timely and professional. The salon was very clean and my service was affordable, comfortable and enjoyable! When I went in Garrett was honest with me and said that goal may not be attainable in one session, which I understood and was okay with that. If I could give this salon ten stars I would!!! I’ve moved often and have had many stylists along the way, Keri and her team has to be the best. The staff is so friendly and as soon as I walked in I was greeted and felt very comfortable. After just a few minutes of talking with Keri I knew it was going to be a great experience. She really listens and it’s so important when it comes to getting exactly what you want. My hair was damaged and way over processed, after getting my it under control and back to a more beautiful natural color I felt amazing. Add that with a fantastic hair style and blow out and I felt brand new. The salon is classy and comfortable, best of both worlds. Thank you so much.
