I’m not one to leave reviews (good or bad really) but I have such a superb experience every time I walk in the door here. The front desk attendant (I’m almost certain her name is Andrea) has a genuine and kind spirit that needs to be recognized it’s relieving to know there remains good customer service with workers who display an overall authentic passion and dedication for working with people. I don’t understand how this place has all good reviews. I have been going here for years and there are only a handful of times they have been nice to me. I ignored it because they are so close to my house. This is the final straw though. I bought my first package in a year and a half recently. Since I haven’t gone tanning for so long, I only wanted to go 5 minutes. Not only did the lady at the desk scoff when I said 5 minutes but she forgot to turn my bed on. When I told them my bed wasn’t turning on, she set it for 15 minutes. If I wasn’t paying attention, my skin probably would have fried, as I burn really easily. Will not be going back. I don’t care how close it is to my house.

I love it here and go frequently to tan! I have been getting swollen red bumps on me because every time I get out of the tanning bed I have got new red swollen bumps on me, it’s so unusual to me because I have noticed the marks after each time I’ve got out of the tanning beds I find new bumps on me after each visit

I love the color I get from tanning here but the fact they only have 2-3 regular beds is insane considering how busy they always are. You have to pay upwards of $70 to not sit and wait 30 mins every time you tan
