Love this tanning spot. Plenty of parking since it is next to QFC. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the products and safety of the skin. Erica and Rochelle are super sweet and helpful. I am fair skin and tanning as precaution to the Hawaiian Sun for my upcoming vacation. Tropical Tan has me ready to play in the sun! Used to be great but lately every time I have come, a bed is broken and the building heat is off. It’s so cold in there and we are undressing to tan. I can’t even do the versa pro because I can’t stand the cold spray and I’m losing out on my unlimited membership. Sounds like the owners don’t want to turn on the heat to save money. Well, they just lost my membership and some others so not sure that’s helping in the end.

The front staff woman is SO nice! She got some makeup remover wipes from her own personal supply because it was my first tan and I didn’t realize I shouldn’t have moisturized beforehand. Super efficient. I walked right in, got it done, it was great!

If I didn’t have Tiegan I wouldn’t come to this chain. She makes the experience worth it. Grown to love her like family, and she’s always keeping the best products in stock. Whenever I want something particular? She’ll get it in. She’s up to date on the best equipment and lotions. 10/10

Get the unlimited month by itself! 5 stars for that. Don’t let them sell you the lotion, its just bronzer. “DOES NOT CONTAIN A SUNSCREEN AND DOES NOT PROTECT AGAINST SUNBURN” Read the fine print on the back of the bottle, people!! Dont make the same mistake I did.
