60 minute Custom Massage
A 60 minute custom massage consists of an intake and evaluation before the session, 60 minutes of hands on massage time during the session, and a follow up post session of findings from the massage and any “homework” that will help between massages. Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.		$90.00
90 minute Custom Massage

FIRST TIME Structural Energetic Therapy: Bodywork session (Pain Relief)
S.E.T. combines cranio/structural techniques and soft tissue bodywork to restore balance to the structure and relieve pain long term. This first time session will include an extensive intake process, body reading, muscle testing, and soft tissue work. BE PREPARED: body reading takes place in undergarments or tightly fitted clothing. After this initial session, following sessions will be 90 minutes.		$175.00
Pre-Natal 60 minute Massage
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.		$90.00
Pre-Natal 90 minute Massage

Structural Energetic Therapy: Bodywork Session (Pain Relief)
S.E.T. work is designed to correct structural imbalances. The goal is to restore balance within the body and relieve pain long term. This session includes a body reading, muscle testing, and soft tissue manipulation. WHAT TO EXPECT: This is NOT your standard massage. Body reading takes pace in undergarments or tightly fitted clothing. Muscle testing and body work will be done on the massage table and will include your participation.		$125.00
