I went in for a manicure, pedicure and brows. The nails came out cute and the pedicure was nice (they have some really comfy chairs!) The woman messed up my brows though. One was completely off and I ended up having to fix it myself. The main reason for the “meh” review is that it all felt very rushed. I made an appointment 24 hours prior and came in right on time. But I felt I was being rushed through in order for them to get to more people. I wouldn’t have minded coming in another day at all. I just wish they told me that when I made my appointment instead of trying to squeeze me in knowing I wanted so many services done and have a “relaxing” spa experience. It wasn’t relaxing. I will try them again as the nails came out cute. But hopefully on a less busy day!

I made an appointment for me and my 2 daughters for 3 gel manicures and an pedicure and when i got there they started on my daughters nails and then said i had to wait because a regular customer ( white woman ) Added additional services and so they left me there and was rude when i asked what was happening Before i knew it my girls were done and i had not been started or even checked on IWILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN Awful customer service

I’ve found it challenging to find a clean and professional nail salon where I can get consistent looking manicures. A friend recommended Wendy at nail design and I’ve been going to her every 2-3 weeks since. Wendy is very sweet and does a great job on my natural nails (I get hard gel). An appointment is highly recommended. There are some other great nail techs at this salon as well. I think you should try someone’s service and stick with who you like! It’s also easier to get on their books once you’ve established a relationship. They also take Covid procedures seriously which I appreciate. Convenient location and parking lot.

Prices aren’t bad but my pointer and finger were so crooked. She tried to pass it off then file it to fix it but really the only saving it would of been restarting but I had to go to work. Paid $50 for gel dip powder which would of been no problem if they were done right. Pics are about a week and a few days later

I made an appointment for a mani/pedi & eyebrow wax. First of all, I was there for almost 2 hours. Way too long for these services. Then it cost me $80. And now I have an infection in my toenail cuticle. Overpriced, slow, and subpar work.

Terrific place to get manicure and pedicure. I only go every 8 weeks because that’s all I can afford. But I get Gel polish which lasts longer. So anyone can afford that!! The girls and boys who work there are friendly and very good. Top notch in my book. I give them Suzanne’s 5 stars.

I’ve being going to this salon for about 6 months and they’ve been okay, I’m usually not picky at all and tip very well. The last time I came for a gel pedicure and got acrylic on my big toes (which I always get). One of my toes was SO crooked I had to say something because I really couldn’t believe they would let me walk out like that and then had the nerve to say it was my toe. I was a little mad leaving and wasn’t satisfied but I said whatever it’s just a pedicure. I then gave them another chance and made a 4:45 appointment for a pedicure, when I walked in they did not acknowledge me at all but they all kept staring, I waited 30 minutes before they even said anything to me, finally get my pedicure and I noticed discoloration on my big toe and I was like what is that, I have been getting pedicures all my life and have NEVER had any Infection Until I started coming here, I decided to not get acrylic on my toe because I was scared. I tried to give them a second chance but this experience was even worse
