I scheduled an appointment for a facial for Friday. I got a confirmation call on Wednesday, I asked if there were any earlier times and was offered 12:15. On the day of my appointment, 2 hours before the visit, I received a call asking if I could come 2 hours later than I had scheduled. The Receptionist said the provider was running behind. I understand ppl run behind but it was really frustrating as I had already rearranged my day for the earlier slot that I had been given. I thought this was not a good way to start out as a new patient so I luckily was able to get in at another spa in Marietta which turned out to be amazing!! I was not offered an apology, no call back from management as the receptionist knew I was unhappy. Anyway, their loss since I intend on getting facials monthly as I am wanting to take better care of my aging skin.

Very poor service. Unprofessional in the way they treat certain minorities. I have both experienced this first hand and have heard that from a friend. There are way too many beauty products and beauty stores out there. Will not be going to this place nor do I recommend it.
