He made me feel comfortable and I love my hair cut. It is so cute and easy to take care of. I love the results so much I’m going to bring mom there. She said she wants her hair like mine. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have had a very bad experience at another salon and I was so nervous to stop into Trendz. But I am so glad that I did, not only was Sal personable and kind he took away all of my anxiety about coming into a new salon to get my hair trimmed. I explained to him the horrible experience I had at another salon, and first thing he asked me was “what is it that you’re looking to do with your hair”? Of my first response was what ever you think would look good. He immediately cut me off and said no “I want you to tell me what you want so you’re happy with what we do”. Right then and there I knew I made the right decision coming to him to do my hair. He taught me a few different techniques to make my hair look amazing. When he was done I couldn’t believe how fantastic my hair looked and felt. I will definitely be returning to him and referring my friends to him as well. I have had a very bad experience at another salon and I was so nervous to stop into Trendz. But I am so glad that I did, not only was Sal personable and kind he took away all of my anxiety about coming into a new salon to get my hair trimmed. Writing a review to help someone else out there who isn’t sure where to go and may also have anxiety when it comes to picking a new person to cut/style/dye their hair. I found a review on google referring to Sal. I didn’t know who he was but I knew that every review stated that he was the guy to go to and I’m so glad I listened! Critical: Professionalism, QualityHad my lashes done by Jontell which they looked great. However started falling off the next day. I was at work that worked 16 hours got home late.The following day made an Appt to have redone she had an family emergency then finally got ahold of her scheduled a appt then had a death in my family tried to reschedule never heard back. Reached back out now told I have to pay half price after all but 3 lashes fell out like really. That’s crazy.
