Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityBest massage in Coeur D’Alene! We got a 2.5 hour couples massage here, and Tracie and Jackie were amazing. They were able to work on our trouble areas and really help us feel comfortable. With our package we had a 100 minute massage, and 50 minute foot scrub/facial. During our stay in Coeur D’Alene we stayed at the resort, but decided to come here instead for massage services since they offered longer duration for couple services, and it was absolutely worth it. It is only a 5 minute walk from the resort to the spa. Both ladies are amazing and when we come back to Coeur D’Alene we will be seeing Tracie and Jackie again.Best massage in Coeur D’Alene! Tracie from Tranquil Turtle Massage does not normally do tattoos but informed me she was recently starting to offer small ones at her shop downtown. She recently told me her pricing and I booked an appointment with her. I decided on getting this fairy and Tracie did amazing job giving me exactly what I had wanted for such a cheap price! We just had the 75 minute couples Honu Ashiatsu massage with Chancy and Jaclyn. I am a chiropractor and I have had massage therapy for the last 35 years. This was by far away one of the best massages I/we have ever had. The effortless application of pressure was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend seeking massage therapy at this facility. The staff are wonderful and professional.

Ben has come through for me in a pinch, quite literally for me. My first session with him, I had severe shoulder and neck pain, which caused nerve issues and numbness down my right arm into my hand. His knowledge of kinesiology led him to find the source of the issue, which was actually seized muscles in my right hip! He warned me that the session may be painful but that the pain and numbness should reduce by the end. Using his fingers almost like acupuncture, he relieved several pressure points, and during the session there was a sudden, audible “pop”. While initially painful, it resulted in relief from pain that had been with me for months! In addition, he’s sensitive to how you’d like the mood for the session. At times I’ve been quite and calm, and other times I’ve been chatty. He’s adjusted to each like a pro. Very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Thank you!

I have had massages in Europe, The Red Door, spas in Las Vegas up and down the west coast and they were all wonderful but the massages my family received at the Tranquil Turtle in Couer D’ Alene Id by Chancy and Ben were outstanding triple AAA.
