Never waited longer than 5 mins. Every nail tech in here has done my nails, they all have perfect shaping and forming. I’ve never left here unhappy. It’s always clean and beautiful inside. All nail techs are friendly and speaks to me. When u get pedicure the guy takes his time and makes sure to get all dead skin and calluses off. I’ve tried other place between Oxford and Jacksonville. I will not go back. I went there to get a pedicure and it was not good. The person who was giving my daughter in law a pedicure cut her toe. The man who was giving her the pedicure felt bad about it and apologized. My pedicure was horrible. I could have painted my own nails at home. All I got was someone who removed my polish, put lotion on my feet and painted my nails. The woman who was giving me the pedicure could not speak English. If you can’t speak English get someone to tell you how to learn it. I will not go back.

I said do not cut nails just file…. I now have no nails and and the clear Polish is all over my skin. I could go on but I’ll stop. NEVER again!
