We walked in and were helped immediately. My son’s haircut was great. My husband’s, not so much. The cost is $20/cut and for some reason the owner doesn’t allow tips on the credit card so the barber suffers.

Took my mother to Ms.Kim back in May when we were here from out of town. She loved her work. My mom has never been to happy with the way her hair has been done. She loved Ms. Kim. Brought my mom back to have Ms.Kim do her hair for her birthday. With the help of Ms. Kim’s talents my mom felt great for her birthday. Going to Trackside and Ms.Kim its worth the all most two hour drive.

I’ve never been treated so disrespectful in my life. I went to get a hair cut and the employee got angry at me when I requested to please do my hair cut facing the mirror. He said “ do you tell your Doctor how to do his job when his helping you?” I stopped him and requested someone else to finish my hair cut. This guy needs some customer service lessons and should not assist anyone. By the way, Kim finished my hair and she was very nice.
