Called for an appointment. Went up there on Sunday at 12pm and the two ladies were acting delusional like I didn’t call and then they went back and forth about who was going to actually do my pedicure when I was literally the only person there. Loan does my nails and is fast, precise and concise. My experiences with other members in the shop has also been pleasant if I needed work done on a day those two were not available.
