This may have been my second and last time coming to this nail salon. I came in with my daughter. My daughter wanted a pedicure and All they did was dip her toenails in water and paint her toe nails. I was charged for a pedicure that I did not receive. My daughter was happy with her nails being painted. She is 6. However, I was not happy with how quickly they rushed us in and out and then charged me for a service that we did not receive. On top of that, they were not very friendly at all. I even said to the lady that my daughter didn’t get a pedicure. In fact, she was the one that performed the nail painting service for her. I left without providing a tip. Customer service is huge, and I see why this place had little to no customers when we walked in.

This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced! My toe was cut during my pedicure and they acted as if it was normal and on top of that it was so fast, I should have requested a Express Pedicure. It was not worth $40. I asked for a manicure with an overlay, however I got dip powder and it was atrocious. I will never go here again. They are rude and unprofessional….

Horrible service! The nail tech was rushed while doing my nails and there wasn’t even anyone waiting after me. My nails did not come out the way I’d hoped. I️ asked her to fix my nails 2 time after she claimed to be done. And she left residue on my fingers and around my nails.

The pedicure itself was fine. I showed a design that I wanted and the soft pink screen shot is what I wanted, the other two shows what I got. I’ll admit that the placement of the stones could and should have much cleaner. I just hope that no one looks too closely at my toes.

I visited this nail salon for the first time yesterday. The lady doing my nails ensured me she knew how to work with ingrown nails. She cut both my large toes, one so badly it’s infected. I tried to talk to her throughout my appointment and although she acknowledged me, she didn’t listen or do anything I asked. I paid extra for a heel service and both my heels were still rough and somehow she scraped the sides of both of my feet. She didn’t do a great job cutting or painting my nails upon further inspection. When I went home I noticed how badly she cut my nails on my big toes. I am so upset at how jagged the sides are and I hope they do not grow in painfully. Please never go here! This is truly dangerous. I can only hope my infection doesn’t get worse, it hurts just to walk.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. I work near by and had some time to waste after work. I had heard from a few people that they are great. However, I should have read the reviews, because what I received was on the bad side of terrible. When I walked in and let them know what I was interested in getting, there was one other lady getting a manicure and no one else. The lady that did my nails didn’t talk to me, did interact with me at all. On multiple occasions I was scratched and burned by the grinding machines. I asked if someone else was available to do my nails and I was ignored. I should have left at that point, but I had half of my nails finished and just decided to push on. When she was “finished” all of my nails looked irregular, the dip powder was thick and lumpy. I was asked to wash my hands and the moment I put my hands in the water a horrible burning sensation rushed over my hands. I was now actively bleeding and could visually see the cuts along my cuticle live and on the sides of my nail. When I sat back down I pointed the issues out AGAIN to the lady. She took out a file and proceeded to file my finger. I yelped out in pain and she offered me a dirty, hair covered Neosporin. I got up and went to pay, I didn’t ask for a refund nor a discount, I wanted everything to be over with. I went home and soaked my fingers in alcohol in hopes of not getting an infection. My finger took almost 2 weeks to fully heal and by then, 5 of the 10 nails had literally popped off exposing my nature nail underneath.

I have been getting my nails done here for almost a year now. I absolutely love my nails each time. I usually make appointments with Ten and she always does exactly what I ask for and sometimes I just ask them her to do what she wants. I leave with a smile every time!!!!!

Updated inside, large assortment of OPI colors and gel. The tech was fast and was not talkative at all which I actually really like. The staff was not friendly at all, but I did see them greet one lady who was apparently a regular very nicely, the tech who was servicing me at the time kept glancing up and watching her, and I noticed her hurrying on my nails to get to her. I would be back based on the large variety of polishes. She did a good job on my fill and in record time.

I stopped in this place last Friday it was near my house and I’ve been looking for a new place to start going because my regular shop is all the way in wylie. They were friendly when I came in and got me in pretty quickly. I got a full set with gel Polish, all of my nails were painted with a glitter polish except for one on each hand. The one that did not have glitter seemed to be a little sloppy on the polish I even mentioned it to her and she said that’s because it didn’t have the Sparkles that it looked like that. I didn’t look too closely because they were closing so I paid $40 for the set and tipped her $10. By Wednesday one of my nails had broken because they were so thin and multiple of my friends confirmed that it wasn’t that there wasn’t glitter on top of the other polish it really just needed another coat of the non sparkly color but she was too lazy to do that even after asking her about it. I do hair for a living I work in the service industry so I know how picky people can be sometimes but I don’t think that asking for her to paint another coat on 2 nails was asking too much? Especially for how much I paid. I wasn’t able to make it back in until exactly a week later on that next Friday (yesterday). The same lady said she would fix the nail when I came in and when I got in the chair I asked her about the other nails being so thin and then potentially breaking. Again I cut hair, so I work with my hands, that was a reasonable concern. When she looked at the rest of my nails she even commented and said “I don’t know why I did so thin usually I do thicker.” I offered to pay for a polish change because I know with the gel nails it doesn’t just come off with polish remover so I don’t expect her to do everything for free but she was going to charge me for re-doing the nails all over again. They did not need to be soaked off or anything they just needed the polish removed and a small amount more acrylic applied to the top of the nails and then repolish. (Which again I offered to pay for the repolish even though I wasn’t happy with the 2 nails I was just going to make sure she put enough coats on before finishing) She said I had to tell her if I wanted thicker nails and that I had to pay full price to fix them. If none of my nails had already broken I could understand where she’s coming from but you acknowledge that they were thin I have a broken nail the others are also thin and flimsy when you press on them and will probably also break within a few days. If I want to keep a client my number one goal is to keep them happy when they have a reasonable complaint I’m not normally one to complain or be difficult and I was willing to pay for some of her time had she done the right thing and fixed her mistake. She rushed through fixing the one broken nail while going back and forth between another girl and me in another chair which I didn’t mind waiting until she was finished to get her full attention but since I wasn’t paying any money I guess she didn’t want to do that. She cut my finger when she was filing the nail, again because she was rushing, and then didn’t even brush the dust off and polished my nail again with the acrylic dust under it. I was done asking her to do anything the right way because she clearly wasnt concerned with keeping me as a client. So i will continue to make the drive to Wylie from carrollton, and after leaving yesterday I went to my regular girl Tina she took off the whole set fixed my nails the way I like them and only charged me $17 she also got a $20 tip and kept her a loyal client willing to make that drive from here on out.

First time I went to this nail salon and 3 days later my pedicure is already chipping. She was rushing to complete my pedicure and when she first started she was so aggressive with my cuticle. It was terrible service. I had high hopes for this place. I’ve gone to other places and had pedicures last weeks at a time. I will never go again.
