I have been going to town nails for over 20 years. They used to be great. Recently they have been going downhill. There is only one lady who doesn’t completely destroy my eyebrows and even she has been doing such a poor job lately I don’t think I’ll ever go back. Not to mention the most recent manicure I got (picture included) of what my nails looked like less than 24 hours later. I wasn’t even that mad that they were all.uneven and not every nail was even completely painted. But the chipping a day later is just unacceptable. I’m so mad, especially bc I always leave a generous tip. I’m sick of having to go home and finish the jobs I paid for. Looking for a new nail salon…

I would have given this place five stars for a manicure except that the top coat (that I could see was too viscous as it was being applied) smudged several HOURS after I had left the salon. For an otherwise outstanding experience, I was disappointed at this outcome. (Since I had not had a manicure since early 2020, believe me I was careful!)

I don’t trust any other salon other than Town Nails, they are seriously the best. Salon is always clean along with the tools that they use. Staff are very friendly and the environment is cozy and warm. They always work with me and my need for crazy designs and they come out beautiful each time! Its a bit out of my way for I don’t live in the area, but the trip is down is always worth it!

Came back to salon after they were closed for new ownership. I wish I came back sooner. Staff are friendly and great. My nails look great every time. Very clean and well staffed. They make you feel welcome and appreciated.

The ladies were very careful with my French manicure. (Free hand!) They also gave an extra coat to prevent chipping, free when I explained why I wanted a manicure. They offer a special keratin treatment, which I plan to try next time. Very sweet Korean ladies!
