Hands down the best experience my friend and I have had at a massage place. I emailed about an appointment/ rates on a Thursday, got a reply on Friday and our massages on a Sunday. Staff was extremely kind enough to come in when they are not usually open on a Sunday. We have gotten many massages before, but this was the best one! The icing on the cake was the price! Super affordable compared to other places. You can’t beat it!

I bought a groupon and asked several times to be scheduled and every time I would get no response or told the person is booked until April. My response was to be scheduled for April and she replied “Ok.” Never said anything after that so I messaged again asking if April 4th was available and I haven’t heard anything and it’s been a week. So I’m very disappointed with how I was treated when it came to scheduling and I understand people are busy but this is a business and when someone is trying to schedule services that were paid for they are expecting to get some sort of response.
