Website states they close at 7pm. I also checked in, received notifications and received texts to be there in 15 minutes. Get there at 555pm. Door is locked. I tell the manager all of this and she responds rudely that’s the app. They’re closed! Will reach corporate level to let them know this is completely unacceptable.

Walked in and caught nothing but attitude from the employee, figured I would ignore it until she asked for my phone number and openly scoffed when it was an out of area phone number. Giving the first 30 seconds of interaction with the employee I was not willing to find out if the haircut would be on par with the first interaction with the staff so I left.

We went to get my daughters haircut and we told her to cut it med leanth with layers with short hanging bangs. But instead of what we wanted she cut it it too short and she was on the phone when she did so. We were not happy ! But we just payed her and left. Never going to that great clips again.She rushed because we were the last customer and they had to close. Not cool at all.worst expierance ever!
