If there was a way to add 5 more stars I would! Because of Jordan’s ability to massage and work the areas most needed, I’m feeling 100% better! I have gone to Chiropractors and massage therapists for many years only until I met Jordan, did I begin to actually feel as though I was learning about the muscles and various trigger points of the body that would enable me to feel like a young person again. Jordan is not only knowledgeable of his job, he takes the time and patience to work with the client in a way that I’ve not experienced before. He’s very compassionate and shows that he truly cares. Thank you so much for employing people like Jordan, it’s because of him that I plan to be a repeat customer from now on.

I’ve debated posting about my experience but I feel like it could be useful, it’s not my intention to sound rude or like I’m bashing the therapist I’m just being honest about my experience. I will say the location, prices, and ease of booking was all great. The ambiance of the room was also very relaxing. My issue was with the massage itself. Now I’ve had MANY massages from many different places over the years. Usually deep tissue and myofascial release, so I am aware of how these should feel and what they should accomplish having went to massage therapy school myself. I booked a 90 minute deep tissue and told the therapist specific areas of concern as I was in a decent amount of pain and was looking for relief. What I got was not a deep tissue massage but more so trigger point therapy. Also, every therapist I’ve been to starts off the massage with some nice long strokes along the back to not only acclimate the person to the therapists touch but also to help spread oil/lotion for the work itself…there was none of that either he just got right into working on my hip which if I had never gotten a massage before could have felt a little awkward and invasive. He also spent what seemed like forever on my calves and that wasn’t even an area I necessarily wanted worked on. This didn’t leave but 10 minutes to use for my upper back which WAS an area of concern I wanted worked on and that wasn’t near enough time to work out the issues and I had to completely skip one area of concern because of that as well. Basically the whole massage consisted of holding on trigger points…I needed actual deep tissue work. Needless to say I didn’t get the relief I was looking for so it felt like a waste of money. If I had known how much time had passed I would have spoken up and asked for less trigger point work but then again I shouldn’t have to do that considering that’s not the service I booked and it’s hard to tell how much time is left when you’re face down on a table. From the reviews I read before booking I expected way more. If I did re book at this location I would choose a different therapist and speak up more during the massage to make sure I’m getting what I paid for.

Walking into my appointment every step hurt. My hip and lower back were so sore that even standing was uncomfortable. On average I run between 200 to 300 miles a year so you can imagine how hard it was to quit running. This went on for 2 months. 2 hours after my appointment I felt so good that I wanted to go for a run, I didn’t for fear of losing the gains I got. For me it was nothing short of a miracle, that may sound a little dramatic but if you’ve ever had that much pain relieved in such a short time then you know what I’m talking about. My only regret is that I waited so long to seek help. It was amazing and I recommend Total Wellness to everyone. Thank you to all of you!!

Easy to schedule an appointment. Clean and welcoming environment. Nathan was great and listened to my concerns. I explained my pain points, and he really focused on those areas. I prefer deep tissue, but have a hard time finding someone who can actually “dig” into the muscle; Nathan was able to do that and I am feeling the benefits already. Two days post-appointment and I have pain relief in my back/leg and better mobility. I will be back!
