It’s been a while since I’ve had a haircut here as I use my wife’s friend that cuts and colors her hair but if I need a trim in between I go here. I’ve had a few bad experiences at places like supercuts or old men barbers that give every one the same cut so I use TopStyles and have had good trims.Due to having really thin type hair after having surgery for a brain tumor at age 2 and radiation made it fall out so it was never the same after growing back. These Ladies use scissors only on my hair and do a great job!!!!

My Daughter had an amazing hair cut that she loved and I loved! She has been cutting her hair short for many years, and this is by far the best one. I recommend this place. The guy -I don’t remember his name- did the cut and he is really great! Will be coming back

Do not get your hair colored here. I wanted highlights on my virgin hair. The plan was to keep my natural hair on top and bleach the bottom to make it lighter for highlights. It appears that the stylist and I were on the same page, but then the stylist bleached and colored my entire head. I have hot roots and about 10 different shades of orange and yellow. The process took 5 hours. It looks like I bleached my hair at home. My hair has never looked so awful. It was nothing like we discussed. I have no idea why the stylist did my hair the way they did, especially when we talked about expectations before he started the process. I will never go here again. Don’t believe the reviews on their website. They filter out the bad reviews.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI came to Lynne to get a touch up for my roots. I had a brown tint and highlights and I did not want to make any other changes other than darker toner on the highlights but somehow I ended up with RED HAIR. I have no idea how or why Lynne would dye my hair completely red. I literally just came in for a touch up on my brown hair and golden highlights. What was the point in even bleaching my hair for the highlights if you can barely see them. I told her when she finished blow drying my hair that my hair looked red and my highlights I once had were gone but she kept insisting it was brown and that I had many highlights were visible.She told me that the dye would come off after a couple of showers. That’s completely ridiculous. What I hate the most is that at my nye family party everyone asked me why I dyed my hair red all of a sudden. I told them exactly where I went to go get my hair done so they can avoid coming to this place. I contacted all the people I recommended Lynne and this place to so they can avoid getting their hair destroyed like mine. I told Lynne I was not happy with the results and very unsatisfied as I was at the salon for 6 hours just for the horrible job she did. I refused to pay her the full amount and only paid half in the end. She rushed my husband’s haircut to get to another client (literally stated to a woman to just wait about 15 min then rushed over to my husband) and shaved one side shorter than the other. If you don’t have enough time to properly take care of a customer, do not accept the client! You should never rush cutting someone’s hair! Extremely disappointing – she should’ve known and done better.

Went in with 18 months worth of long hair. I wanted a fade on the sides and my full length on top. I wanted to keep my hair in a pony tail. I tried explaining what I wanted and Lynn seemed to understand but then cut the back of my hair way too high leaving me with a rat tail instead. She also refused to do a fade and instead just did a number 1 cut and left it. She also seemed to be in a rush to get me out of there. At one point my cut was lopsided and when I pointed it out she tried to even it out and cut even more off the back. Looking at it at home it’s still lopsided. I have reference photos and repeated over and over that I wanted a fade and a pony tail. Really not satisfied at all. 18 months worth of growing my hair out gone to waste.

Never go here! My stylist was Jessica and she ruined my hair. It’s literally falling out! I left frizzy, mad and holding most of my hair. Not to mention… There were employees asleep in the hair wash area. Snoring!!!

After many many months of contemplation, I have decided to write this review. A few months ago, my mother wanted to treat me to a new hair do before I returned home from the holidays. I am giving this salon a 2.5 (review won’t let me do half stars) for my experience. When I arrived I had asked for my color to be a bright caramel color balayage with a long bob cut. After explaining this to my stylist, she didn’t seem to understand what I was explaining so she brought another stylist over and I explained it to her. (Was a bit of a communication barrier) This stylist seemed to understand what I had requested and relayed it back to my original stylist. After reexplanation, it seemed all was well. My stylist did a rough cut of my hair prior to color and said, “I’ll come back and touch up after your color.” I was okay with that as well. When she was doing my color, I started looking at the clock. It dragged on and on. By the time my foils were done, there were sooo many my head could not fit under the standard dryer. By the time we made it to process and gloss, I had been there for five hours. I have never had a color process take that long, even with having thick hair. When she did the final rinse of my hair, it was strawberry blonde…I was in shock. It was not what I had asked for, explained or showed the stylist at all. Then, immediately after that final rinse the stylist rushed to blow dry and style my hair, completely not finishing the actual cut. Throughout this process, it felt as though the stylist had completely forgotten what I had requested and had lost interest in what she was doing. When she was finally done, I had been there almost seven hours, hungry, exhausted and lost. Though the color work looked okay, the cut was incomplete, not what I asked for and I just felt a bit lost. Also, it was extremely overpriced, and the cut was not included in the color service. Most salons in the area include that in the color service. All this to say, I did not get what I had asked for and I will not be returning to this salon.
