This was the best tan experience I’ve ever had. The girl who helped was so sweet and explained everything to me. She even told me there are different types of self tanning booths for different eye/hair colors, which I had no idea about. I got so many compliments on my tan and it’s hands down the best self tan I’ve ever received. I will definitely be coming back!

I was there black Friday around 6pm. The 2 girls working there were laid back, easy going, and very helpful. The place wasn’t too busy, but seemed to be catering to an older crowd…like myself, the clientele seemed to be giving off a 1988 highschool cheerleader kind of vibe. Less than 5 minutes of lotion purchase, I decided I did not want the lotions and tried to get a refund back to my card. They said they could not do a refund without a manger there and I walked away from the counter. I had not even gone into the tanning bed.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe Greenwood Sun Tan City location is withholding a refund from me for a month of tanning that they illegally drafted from my account after I froze it. I have the current and correct paperwork that has been emailed to management. I have called four times regarding the same matter. I have requested that a district manager reach out to me and have never gotten a call from them. However, I continue to get the runaround regarding when they will refund my money. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding this issue to report their incompetency and the fact that they not only stole money from me but also will not refund it. I have never had an issue with this location/company before- however, this makes me think twice about ever returning to any of their locations again. If you’re looking to tan here- beware of the shady practices going on!*Update 6/24- A refund was credited to my account. This took three months and multiple attempts/calls/threats. This place is my “Lite Bulb Beach”, my “Fake and Bake”. Love the service, the employees. They keep the place clean. The bathroom is clean and most important to me is the beds are clean. I have several illnesses and the heat from the beds so help me with the pain. I have never had a problem here. Everyone is wonderful.
