The young lady who help Braid my hair had a very bad cold it seemed like I should have left I had a mask on but she didn’t , what i really didn’t like was the none stop talking back and forth over my head the entire time very annoying and unprofessional to do that , , young lady then got an attitude when I ask to have hair breaded all the way down to ends , well anyway other lady who was on my head too braided it all the way down . But it looked nice, but was extremely tight , needless to say over the next few day briads started falling out with my hair in them I won’t be going back there ever again. Smh

Absolutely horrible. They do not know how to do knotless braids. The young girl kept snatching my hair after I asked her to stop. They dipped my braids in hot steaming water and put the whole braid in the water. This should only be done with the ends and not my real hair. They then went thru and cut my real hair that curled up from the steam. The mom TOP, picks up braiding hair off the ground and uses it in peoples hair.

Took half the day to braid my hair into a simple ponytail. Was disappointed with the timing. My hair turned out nice but the timing is discouraging coming into this establishment. People who were getting individual braids were getting done before me I was astonished. They do braid your thoughts so be sure to purchase some braid relief sprays and take some pain killers midway of getting your hair done. They are hard working ladies but I feel that they could do better with timing by not overbooking.

I just had goddess braids done today. This was the worst experience I have ever had. The woman doing my hair was very rough and pulled my hair incredibly tight. I asked her multiple times to not pull so hard and she was unable to adjust. To make things worse, she talked, the entire time, extremely loud in my ear to her colleagues. Unprofessional and a horrible time. Think twice before coming here. If I could give this review 0 stars, I would.
