Positive: ProfessionalismThis is my second time coming there I loved how they are so nice and patient. They are not rough with your hair they treat your hair with care . They did my hair so neat and I really do like my hair. It took them 4 hours to do my hair but it did not feel like 4 hours . They are amazing ♥️ . I will definitely come back.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThis is my second time having a poor experience with this company. The first time I arrived at my appointment and the owner left me in the shop ALONE and told me her sister was coming. I waited for 15-20 mins for someone to braid my hair and When I checked my hair, my braids in the middle were way bigger then the rest of my head.Second time, there were kids braiding my hair (which turned out neat) HOWEVER they were taking many breaks to eat, watch TikTok’s, or just to sit there doing nothing because they didn’t want to do hair I’m assuming. Soon as I paid for my service the lady told me she had to leave to get her and her daughters food which left me waiting another 15-20 mins AFTER I paid my money and my head was not even half way done. This is my second time having a poor experience with this company. The first time I arrived at my appointment and the owner left me in the shop ALONE and told me her sister was coming. I waited for 15-20 mins for someone to braid my hair and When I checked my hair, my braids in the middle were way bigger then the rest of my head.
