I was just a little disappointed in my service. I had a prenatal massage and scalp treatment scheduled. The massage was scheduled 10am-1050am and the scalp treatment was 11am-1115am. The person who did the massage was very nice and relaxing, but by the time I got in the room, she greeted me, I got undressed and on the table and she actually started it was like 1010am. I was done dressed and at the cash register at 11. I asked about the scalp treatment and if I go back to waiting room and the girl said oh they did it with your massage. That means I did not get the full length of time for either service. I was just confused bc the time just didn’t add up to what I scheduled and paid for. If they combined the services then it wasn’t a 50 min massage. And the “scalp treatment” was just the lady rubbed my head. I just didn’t feel like I got what I paid for or was expecting. Maybe my fault but seemed rushed and not thorough. And was expensive. The place was very nice, the staff was nice, just felt short changed:(
