I LOVE THIS NAIL SALON!! I always HIGHLY recommend Andy! I’ve got my entire family of 4 females to only go see him to get their nails done! He does fantastic work!! The type of nail tech to see a mistake or blemish in your nail after he finishes, take off the whole nail and redo it! WITHOUT EVEN HAVING TO POINT IT OUT TO HIM!! He is such a sweetheart as well, never making you feel like he’s rushing through your appointment. Not to mention any younger generation trendy nail design I’ve asked him to do… he’s killed it! We <3 Andy in this household!

I never leave bad reviews because I try to be objective and give businesses chances, but I am highly disappointed. Let’s start with the good…the salon is nice and relaxing. That’s all the good…my shellac peeled off the same day. I’ve been getting shellac for 15 years and it has NEVER peeled off. In addition, I have 2 bad cuts. One on my toe and one on my pinky finger. Cuts are normal, but these are pretty bad. I would not recommend this shop and it really pains me to say that because I don’t believe in affecting any one’s money but it was bad. I got my nails done on Thursday January 27, 2022. Today is February 1st… Im extremely busy and I don’t have time to return to have this fixed. I’m so disappointed

Used to love this place, but it has gone downhill in the last 1-2 years. They are always slammed (a good sign) but bc of that, your wait is always at LEAST 20 minutes and the work quality is inconsistent. Came here for my wedding nails (dip hombre w tips) and the man buffing my nails with the machine went too hard and I felt it on my nail bed not once but THREE times. Came back today and had someone else – he was very friendly and explained what he was doing, but he was in such a hurry that the end result is a bit sloppy (see pics). Will probably be looking for a new nail place ASAP.

Yeah… went there 2 times. First time was decent, could’ve done without the rude remarks about my hand or nails. 2nd time the man I got was extremely rude. He cussed a lot, he did awful in my soak off, it peeled off that night, nail polish and all. I tried to cover it but it looks horried. 2 of my nails are beyond repair so im gonna stick to my other nail artist. This guy left a whole bunch of damage to my cuticles. They still hurt 3 days later. The nail polish looks absolutely horrid. He didn’t even try to make it look good.

I have gone there for waxing, pedi, and a mani and 1 time in 2 yrs I had an issue, but instead of fixing it I received a whole brand new service repeated for free! Great customer service

I went here a while ago. I’ve been here maybe for a total about 3 times. The first two times were amazing, the last was terrible and embarrassing. I was with my best friend that day and there were two men that were doing our nails, I wasn’t supposed to get a pedicure, but she was. The guy doing my hands was extremely rude. After the manicure, he kept pushing and pushing me to get a pedicure with my best friend, which of course, would make me give him more money. I told him I wasnt ready and he said it was okay, so I finally gave in. I had my pedicure done but with extremely rude and embarrassing remarks. He asked me questions like “do you play sports?” Basically insinuating that I have athletes foot. I’m a dancer, so my foot may look I guess, “worn out”? But I can assure that it’s never to the point where I should receive comments about my feet that HE kept insisting to do. And certainly, he’s seen and worked on way worse in his lifetime. And he kept laughing about my feet to his friend doing my best friend’s feet. So embarrassing and I gave an undeserving tip. Not going back anytime soon.

I went in for just a basic pedicure and dip powder. I have gotten the same services done before and I have never been charged $81 for these services. My nails are bumpy and some top coat is not all over the nail like it should be. Polish is on the skin of my toes. It’s hard to not be upset spending $81 on my services. Let’s not forget a tip so a total of $91 was spent and I am very disappointed.

My nail tech was very rushed and did a sloppy job. He kept trying to convince me to get gel polish, which I didn’t want. More than once he said “it’s only $10 more” – I don’t care about the price, I just prefer regular polish. Then he wasn’t going to apply top coat. Said “it doesn’t do anything anyway”. I’ve been getting pedicures for 20+ years and never had a nail tech not use top coat. He was rude and my pedicure sucked. Do not recommend.
