Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI had a bad experience here. To begin, the nail tech starting filing my nails while letting me pick the color. This felt rushed, and I can’t flip through the colors when they are using my hands. Second, the color came out very sheer, unlike the bottle and what is was supposed to look like. She then decided to pick a new color, put it on two nails and told me she liked it. Instead of letting me pick, and it was not close to the same tone that I orginally wanted. At the end, she dropped some lotion in my hand and told me to rub it in. Never have I had to do that at a nail salon. The owner or another worker, had brought their dog in and it sat on the chair next to me. Very unclean and poor customer service. The end result was extremely rushed within 25mins I was finished, and I was the only customer there. It also came out not very smooth. I had a bad experience here. To begin, the nail tech starting filing my nails while letting me pick the color. This felt rushed, and I can’t flip through the colors when they are using my hands. Positive: Cleanliness, Punctuality, Quality, ValueNice little hidden gem. No frills, but they are very friendly and did a good job. I was able to get in right away without an appointment on a Sunday afternoon. Will definitely be back!Service: Pedicure
