The worst experience I have ever had. I do not recommend -10/10. He was rough and removed apart of my natural nail when using the mail Dremel. They are bumpy and miss shaped and the bottom are sharp. Critical: QualityWhile in town from Florida, I went in to receive a pedicure and fill in. The person completing the pedicure was more concerned with who was walking by the window than the service she was providing. The gel manicure I received was the worst job I have ever received. When I left and looked closely at my nails, it looked like a child polished them. I called the salon and was told I could come in to allow them to redo them, but they would not give a refund. I did not have time to go back as I was in town for a wedding. I also did not trust them to fix the situation. I’m 3 days in and have 2 broken nails and the polish is peeling off the other nails. While in town from Florida, I went in to receive a pedicure and fill in. The person completing the pedicure was more concerned with who was walking by the window than the service she was providing. The gel manicure I received was the worst job I have ever received. When I left and looked closely at my nails, it looked like a child polished them. Horrible service. First my nails were longer than I asked for but I figured whatever I’d live with it. However most painful manicure ever. He cut ever single one of my fingers. Maybe one accidental slip is understandable but not every finger. He didn’t shape them well at all and they are lumpy or didnt put enough dip on them as one of the nails just popped off after 4 day of getting them done. Do not waste your money.

If I could give this zero stars, I would I have never been to a nail salon in 15 years that are. I am so mad that I even gave them a dollar that’s how bad these nails are. Oh we’ll try to put pictures just so you can grasp how horrible it actually is me and my daughter went and got full sets and there’s more acrylic on my skin then there is all my nails would never go here. Please don’t waste your money. All of the other comments I wish I would’ve read or I would’ve never went to this place and by the way, he told me the price three times and all three times were different prices. The first time was the cheapest when we were at the mall I stopped there and then that’s why we decided we would go back is because of how cheap it was now I know why. and then he asked me for my credit card while I was getting my nails started, so I didn’t even know that it was gonna be this horrible should have known though, because within five seconds, they literally made me bleed, but he ran my credit card before we even got our services that was clue number one or red flag that I should have known like I’ve never had. Anybody asked me like oh let me get your card before we even do your services and then he overcharged me and I didn’t Know until we left, and I actually looked at the receipt. This place is unbelievable.

Critical: ProfessionalismDO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!!First and second photo shows gaps in the acrylic that I brought up several times. The tech refused to fix it. At first he said he wasn’t done and will get to it. He didn’t. I brought it up again, he said the final polish will fix it. No, it didn’t. It only glossed over the acrylic. I asked him to fix it and he refused. The third picture shows acrylic running up the side of the tip of the nail. Things you can’t see are streaks and bubbles throughout the other nails. My girlfriend got her nails done here and they looked completely different than they should have and she had used this place before and they turned out fine. When she said she didnt like them he wanted her to pay the 40 dollars and then charge 10 dollars more to remove them, they didnt charge the 40 dollars but still charged to remove it. The older guy who works there, or maybe is the owner I am not sure, was very aggressive in his manners and how he spoke to her and even made her finger bleed from aggressive scratching off the paint after it soaked after talking aggressive and being visably mad. I talked to the man after and he insisted he knew what he was doing and she didnt know what she wanted. Even said if customers dont like the nails he nornally clips them off and sends them on their way. Horrible experience, get your nails done somewhere else because if you dont like the service, you either pay, or get the paint scratched off so bad you bleed.

The guy that did my nails was really rough and cut my fingers with the emory board where they bled. He also cut the tip of one of my fingers when he cut down the one tip I needed to have put on. None of my nails are the same length and they don’t even look like I had them professionally done. I will never go back here

They over charged me and didn’t even give me the full experience. I wanted to see how sanitary they were, so I did not wash my hands. My hands weren’t cleaned, or soaked, and they didn’t even get the lint from under my nails. I got the dip manicure and they legit dipped my fingers into the powder. So my dirty, crusty, dusty claws went into the powder that others before, and after me, went into. The guy that did my nails was ROUGH and seemed to file my finger more than my nails. Not even a full 48 hrs went by and a nail has already broke. I never do anything for myself and I’ve only had my nails done once before but I know for a fact that this isn’t right. I’m so upset and even more upset that I didnt see these reviews before I went. Don’t come here please for your own sake.
