All haircuts include a complimentary shampoo and begin with a free consultation. Our stylists will work with you to determine your specific hair color needs based on what you like and what looks great on you! Our extensive line of FS shampoos, conditioners and styling aids are formulated for both professional and at-home use. Our products are never watered down with unhealthy fillers and we never test on animals. I didn’t get taken back on time even though I had an appointment. The cut I wanted was a simple trim to even out my hair with light layers to take out some of the volume. There’s a 3-4 inch difference in hair length in places. It doesn’t look good. I’m very disappointed that the stylist couldn’t do a good job on even the most basic of cuts.

She gave me a cut that was PERFECT for what I wanted to do, showed me an easy way to style it and suggested a product that WORKED for me. I am super impressed with this shop! Nancy did an amazing job on my 6 months worth of grow out and haircut! The prices are beyond reasonable and she really took the time to make sure the highlights and lowlights were spot on. The other ladies in the shop were friendly and personable with their clients and I felt very comfortable there. I will be back for sure and wont wait 6 months to do it next time. I am less than impressed, I have been going to this fantastic sams for the past 15 years, within that time I have only met one exceptional stylist that could do everything to perfection. Which this person has been moved on for a while,although I was introduced to her there she no longer works there and since then everyone there is completely subpar. Some of these ladies know how to cut but not color some of these ladies know how to color but not cut. I have to be honest none of them can style.I have come home crying I have come home and had to rewash my hair and restyle it I have also had to come home and re-cut it.I am seriously less than impressed with the staff that has been there for the past at least 6 years. I have allowed all of them to chances even the manager and to no avail. I was in the chair no less than a week ago and did not have a mask on no one even noticed not even my own stylist.I finally realized myself and asked for one this was halfway through my service.so you ask yourself how much are these people paying attention to their clients? There is absolutely no consistency there, they are definitely not on it at all. This is definitely the fast food of hair cutting. Yes you get what you pay for I would literally pay more to get more.none of the people here can even do a good blowout when I asked them what it was they had to talk amongst each other before somebody could give me the if you want to have flat hair leaving and have to go home to fix it yourself before goingif you want to have flat hair leaving and have to go home to fix it yourself before going out be my guest. I do have to say there is only one stylist I haven’t tried yet it is the new lady who is African-American I can’t say anything about that stylist.I don’t think any of the stylists there are doing any continuing education.

I took my 4 yo son to get this haircut, he was not happy! The ladies were very patient with him and gave him time to get used to the idea. I don’t remember the ladies name who cut his hair, but she did a good job with a not so happy child!
