Overall experience was OK. Over the years I’ve gone to all sorts of nail salons so I know tips are not required but welcome. I’m going on vacation and needed a pedicure las minuet. This place came up online so I set up an appointment and didn’t have to wait – that was the only nice thing. I felt like the lady that did my nails (owner) rushed through my pedicure but overall did an OK job. She didn’t really talk and the service was not bad but not great.

I am honestly not going back after today. They have horrible customer service. They want to do what they feel its easier for them and not what the customer wants. I went in today with my mom and I had the worst experience. While we were there a lady came in who was a regular. And they sat her down and she wanted a pedi and she wanted her nails as red french tips and the lady who I believe is also the owner of this place tells her that It would look ugly on her and that she wasn’t going to do it. The lady then asks her to see the prices for a pedi and the lady told her that she gets the same thing when she comes so why would she need to see the prices. Then the lady tells her that today she was going to get the 35 dollar pedi. The lady (owner doing the ladies nails) tells her that she can go home and do them herself then she gets up all mad and goes with another customer. I found that super disrespectful Not to mention they wont let you leave with out tipping. And they will harass you until you give a tip. Not to mention they do rush when they do your nails. Would definitely not recommend. All the bad reviews are actually true. I’m not usually the one to write reviews but todays experience nobody should go through.

Only went for a gel removal. Had me sitting there for a long time. Come to find out they forgot about me. Lady tried to play it off by joking and laughing the she forgot about me. To make it worse, she came to finish the removal with the gloves she was wearing doing a pedicure on someone else. Disgusting. She was then in a hurry to finish me, that she ended up hurting my nails in the process and not all of the gel was removed. Would have been a better experience if I chewed them off myself.

This was the first time I’ve ever went to go get a pedicure with my bestie it was good they are friendly people and everything was fine kinda pricey but that wasn’t a problem *mind you I’ve never had type of fungus on my feet* and came home later that night I had got all these little rashes in between my toes ugliest feeling when having cuts in between ur toes and it’s so itchy. Probably won’t ever go get my toes done again because of this

Critical: CleanlinessI went in for a pedicure and ended up with a skin infection on two of my toes on my right foot. Definitely not using clean instruments. I had previously also got another pedicure a few months back and they didn’t do my gel pedicure correctly, the paint was shriveled and wrinkled when it should have been smooth.I also called to schedule an appointment for me and my sister for 1pm and they had a switch up with another 2 females that also had called for 1pm. So all pedicure seats were taken and when the other 1pm appointment women got to the place, they removed someone who was already sitting at the pedicure seat and had her wait 1hr to do the other women who had just got there. They appointment system should be better to avoid those misunderstandings. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityYou can literally book an appointment and you’ll still wait an hour because these people don’t respect appointments. They take walk ins even if an appointment lines up with it and make you wait. Another thing is they rush you out of there to fit more people in. And lastly I cannot get over the fact that the owner lady ASKS for tips when you pay. And if you don’t want to leave one she gives you a dirty look and basically tries forcing you to leave one. You can literally book an appointment and you’ll still wait an hour because these people don’t respect appointments. They take walk ins even if an appointment lines up with it and make you wait.
