Absolutely loved this place will for sure keep coming back, all the nail places I’ve been to in silverdale never ever do my nails this good. I told the guy what I wanted and I received just that. He was nice and talked with me the whole time unlike other nail places that ignore you and have side conversation. Honest review here. I and my family have been going here exclusively for 10+ years. Called for an appointment and was told Thuy no longer wants to work on me because I was very particular about my gel polish/manicure. She herself didn’t tell me her extremely rude little husband did. Mind you I am picky about it if there is something not right. I drop a lot of money there every couple of weeks and I also have a problem of trying to fix it myself once I get home and ruining it. So I am always super apologetic and polite when I mention it. Anyway super rude and super snide little man. See other negative reviews. A lot about how rude he is. Avoid if you can.

Never would go back again. I called and went in after another local nail salon did an awful job. The moment I sat, I tried to apologize that I’d need 3 new nails and wanted to change the shape. The guy was SO rude. He cut me off, started saying he will try to fix someone else’s mistake, and refused to change my shape. I asked to take them all off and do a new set since my shape “could NOT” change. He said “no I don’t have time and you’ll just have to be content with your shape” so I said I’ll take my business elsewhere seeing he wasn’t willing to give me what I was going to pay for. He said, “please do.” RUDE. I said you seemed stressed and are very unwelcoming. Awful.

Top Nails is always the best! They are the fastest nail salon I’ve ever been too. Which is amazing for a fill or a new set…. unfortunately it’s not great for a pedi.

The first 2 times I went to this place were absolutely great! They took their time and were friendly, I thought I found the right spot for my nails until today! I went in to get one of my nails fixed, they insinuated that I didn’t get them done there (I got them done 4 days before), they got really annoyed, they started talking to each other thinking that I wasn’t going to understand them, they used a different color, I offered to pay at the end and the guy (I’m guessing he is the owner) in a rudely manner said “you don’t have to pay I’m good, bye!) they definitely lost a customer.
