Visited this business on Thursday July 21st around 10:30am for an eyebrow threading service. The service itself was incredibly painful and the lady very much appeared to be struggling. Upon completion, I looked in the mirror and noticed multiple cuts under my left eyebrow and one cut under my right from the threading service. When paying, I told her that many cuts were left and that in all my years of having my eyebrows threaded, I had never been left with so many cuts. The part that bothered me so much is not that she made mistakes, but that she said to me “the marks under your left eyebrow are not cuts” and “the one under your right is because you moved” — How dare you gaslight your customer rather than owning up to your own error? I continued to let her know that they were in fact cuts. She did not acknowledge nor did she apologize but instead stated “fine I will give you 50% off.” The discount is not what I was looking for. An acknowledgement of your error and an apology will always suit you better. Incredibly disappointed. See for yourself in the attached picture — cuts under left eyebrow.

Went in for the first time as a walk-in during the afternoon and only waited about 10 minutes for a chair. The place definitely filled up after I arrived, but they were very fast and efficient. The eyebrow threading itself only took about 5 minutes, but they left my brows in great shape, cleaned up and with a nice arch. The woman who did my brows double-checked with me to make sure they looked how I wanted (since she said she likes them on the thicker side herself), but they were great! I signed up for their rewards system (free brow threading every 10 sessions) and will be back again.
