My cousin in law made an appointment with this nail salon 3 weeks in advance for 4 pedicures, 2 full sets and 1 gel polish. It was for my wedding bridal party. We get there right as they opened to ensure they got us in as we had a time crunch. They proceeded with getting our pedicures completed and then we sat there for 30min waiting. Finally I spoke up and said something and they said oh you have to wait another 45min we don’t have enough people to do your nails… while we had sat there (with scheduled appointments!) they filled their chairs with other people instead of honoring our appointment time. We paid for our pedicures and left and will not be back. This is not the first time that have given our appointment times away, and for them to do it to the bride was enough to put a nasty taste in our mouths. Luckily my cousin in law called around and a salon on the south end was able to get myself and my bridesmaid in for our full sets later that day. So even if you have appts at this salon, make sure you have nothing else planned for the day since you’ll be sitting an hour and a half while they take other customers before you!!!!

This is the second time I’ve had my nails done here. I have very short nails I wanted gel nails and this is the second time they painted my nails with gel nail polish. I am not one to argue or cause a scene. I’m so mad and irritated right now for paining so much just for someone to paint my nails when I wanted the gel nails not nail polish I even tried to clarify twice it didn’t matter.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE THE LADY WHO DID OUR EYEBROWS HAD ATTITUDE PLUS SHE MESSED THEM UP, we kindly asked for a clean up and she didn’t take her time just slapped some wax and was done within about 3 minutes!! Worst experience ever. What’s worse is it was my friends birthday the next day 🙁 SHE RUINED HER BIG DAY. Never coming here again.
