Usually will get my haircut here if I’m passing through this area. Normally has been good. But this last time was not. There were 3 stylists all free but I didn’t get the same person who cut it the previous few times. I should have been able to request the previous stylist to cut it instead of being given the person they chose. There wasn’t much professionalism and if I made a request about how I wanted it a certain area to be cut, she was sighing about it. Too much was cut off the area that I requested to leave more on too.

I’ve gone to Kaci personally for years and it hands down the ONLY person that I trust to cut my child’s hair. She’s always professional and always listens to what is wanted and exceeds expectations every single time. My fiance just recently started getting his beard trimmed and he was very hesitant at first but then I used my child to show him that she’s that person to be trusted. She doesn’t take matters into her own hands. She actually listens to the customer, unlike a lot of hairstylists I’ve dealt with in the past. Kaci is hand down the #1 person to get anything done with. I’d travel just to go to her if it came down to it!!!!

This used to be my favorite place to do my hair, yesterday I went and I was surprised to see that the girls from before don’t work anymore, of them only Amanda remains which I couldn’t see, I stopped by just to leave my opinion now that yesterday I went to fix my hair and I got up from the chair and I had to leave, there was a woman who claimed to be the manager, I really don’t know if she was, she treated me horrible, apparently I didn’t feel like working, she left me standing and he went to buy a soda, he came back and treated me like garbage, I told him that I wanted to dye my hair black and he told me that if my hair was black, why should I do it if it was going to look the same, his treatment was horrible like never before It had happened with someone, to the point that I told her that I was not going to settle with her. I hope that this person is required since she should not have someone like her working with clients, I will certainly never go again! The person I’m talking about has reddish hair and many tattoos, lousy customer service!
