Service use to be great.. now they are using low grade product.. Gel polish is not supposed to peel or wear the last two times I’ve gone this is the result after about a week. It has been abt a week since I got my mani. When I walked out the polish on my thumb was already peeling as shown below. I told the owner about the polish peeling and she stated it was my nail and nothing was wrong. The other nails are peeling and usually gel mani’s last me about three weeks. I also got a regular polish for pedi that was ok but the nail techs share their tools and don’t sanitize.

Stopped in this lovely shop so my cousin could get a pedicure. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. They made me want to get a pedicure even though I just did one last week. My cousin appeared relaxed and the tech did a beautiful job on her toes. I’ve read several negative reviews and that was not our experience. I have no doubt that if there was something my cousin didn’t like the tech would have fixed it immediately. A must stop in Benton Harbor if you want some pampering.

Critical: Quality, ValueFirst and last time going there. This place should be called bottom nails. The woman that did my toes, well let’s just say I asked for French tips and I got French banners. The woman is really sweet though, bless her heart. But what’s worse is that I asked for acrylics and showed the guy the picture and he asked me what colors to use lol. I was patient and chose the colors. But then when I sat down, the colors were different. So I just said no acrylics at all. Turns out my French banners were $50 and my regular painted nails $25 which is fine. I was more confused about my banners. But never again will I go back. They just don’t know what they’re doing.
