Was good experience. Fast and nice hair cut by hair master. One thing I don’t like is those drivers who park like that wish to write some fat ticket for that guy.

Everytime I go to this place I always regret it afterwards. I hadn’t been for a few years because of the same mistakes they made and this time I accidentally made an appointment at this location this time (because of the location change), of course I regret going again. I explained to the lady exactly how I wanted it, a bob shorter in the back and longer in the front, no layering and cut just enough to make it healthy (even showed a couple pictures).

Walked in as it says walk I. Welcome. Empty chairs staff standing around and I am a 10 minute buzz cut the girl states can’t cut hair until afternoon do your self a favor just look elsewhere maybe a small business that wants business just an example of todays customer value.

I had an excellent experience at HairMasters. I had gone somewhere else because they had great reviews and took same day appointments. Unfortunately, my hair was butchered. I drove home sobbing and since HairMasters was really close and I was really desperate, I gave them a call. I am really glad I did.

A few days ago I went to get my hair cut here, I called ahead of time and made an appointment. I arrived about five minutes before my appointment and then continued to wait ten minutes past my appointment and finally got called back. After getting my hair shampooed Anna the hairdresser took me to the chair and I told her what I wanted. Wanted my bangs cut and an inch off the length for the rest of the hair with low layers. She trimmed the bottom about an inch like I wanted, she then trimmed my bangs and I asked for some straight bangs on the side and showed her the picture I brought in of what I wanted and she unsure of her self asked me “cut here?” I told her yes and she asks again “cut?” Like asking my permission to cut my bangs. Since then my stomach was in knots the whole time just wishing for it to be over with. It felt like she had no clue what she was doing. After she finished my bangs I asked her if she was going to put low layers in like I wanted. She then tried to persuade me layers were only for curly hair. That’s when I really regretted coming in and I felt stuck. She did the opposite of what I told her, she gave me choppy high layers and took off more inches from the bottom. She realised the layers she did were choppy and asked if I wanted to lighten and texturize my hair. After awhile she then asked if I want to level it out and cut the bottom of my hair even shorter, I didn’t have super long hair to begin with! I told her no and just to dry my hair. Whatever she put in my hair made it greasy and she only dried my hair 70% dry. And left my bangs to air dry and they looked so greasy. I told her multiple times it was still wet and she dry it for a minute and whispered why my hair wasn’t drying. My hair is thick, it takes a long time. I gave up, I told her it was fine and I’ll just dry it when I go home. She walked to the cash register and I paid and then the phone rang and she picked it up and ignores me. I’m just waiting for my receipt and then a coworker of hers walks up and hands me the receipt.
