I came in at 6:30pm on a Thursday night their shop closed at 7pm. Ryan sat me in his chair and gave me the most beautiful set I have ever had in my life most places see customers come in near closing time and they rush through the work and customers leave unhappy not here Top Nails took good care of me took their time making sure my acrylic was laid perfectly and the inspiration photo I had Ryan nailed it to the T, I’m new to the area and now have found my new nail shop. Wonderful place very hospitable business!

Appears to have changed again and NOT better. The technicians were great and I was pleased with my mani-pedi. However, the “manager” was unpleasant and unwelcoming. He walked by and would not respond to a simple request to cool the water in my foot bath. I was shocked that they now charge extra to use a credit card to pay for our mani-pedi!

Went there got my nails done by a gentleman the owner was not there, he charged me $42 for this gel set! Mind you these are my real nails!! When I arrived I had dip powder on my natural nails & they were little bit longer . I asked him to cut the nails down . During my appointment I let him know what I wanted I told him originally I had dip but then I ended up getting gel with overlay. Previously the owner did my nails with the dip and did not charge me nearly as much!!! These are my natural nails/ needing a fill-in… The price charged is upsetting!! That’s all.

Highly recommend for anyone looking to have 10/10 nails done! They have never failed me and have gotten me in quickly! They took their time to do my mani and pedi. This salon has the largest selection of gel polish I’ve ever seen. Needless to say I will be back.

Love Love Love the new management , the place looks way better than it did , they have a lot more colors and designs to choose from , Ryan did a great job on my Chome nails he made sure I was satisfied and comfortable as a customer , everyone is friendly and professional, I will definitely recommend to anyone .

I will never come here because my Facebook friend posted how she sat there for 15 mins after being refused service because they didn’t have a chair big enough to accommodate her weight, huh excuse me!!!…remind u she gets pedicures on the regular. This is not a place for BBWs. Since when nail salons don’t have chairs to accommodate everyone. Time for an upgrade or we BBWs shop elsewhere!!!
