Pure Nail Spa is AMAZING! Clean, friendly, organized. I am a regular and visit every other week. A spa pedicure and powder dip nails are always on the menu. I highly recommend the advanced pedicure. It includes the message chair. hot stone message, and hot paraffin wax. Andy, him & his wife are the owners, is my favorite for nails! He is on point! The shape and texture of my nails is beautiful! He even added a spider and web for Halloween! Do yourself a favor and go to Pure Nail Spa for your next pampering!

Love my nails!!! The first color I asked for came out REALLY different than it looked in their book. The nail tech was really understanding about it. He took it off and fixed it for me. Alright, I don’t do reviews often but when I do it’s because I am blown away. I also know that as a business owner myself, people depend on reviews and referrals for services like this. I booked online (super easy) but being that it was my first time I called to confirm anyway. They were very nice, said i could come early if i was in the area. I got there at my appointment time, was seated immediately, no wait, i got a quality dip manicure in 40 minutes (it may have been less if i wasn’t so indecisive and could pick a color) Lots of color options, super friendly staff, i will 100% be back.

I usually give this place 4 or 5 stars but my last visit here really bothered me. The lady did not use the color I asked for. Before I realized it was another, she’d already started on my nails. How did I miss it? Well, the colors were close, but when she began painting, you could see the difference. Not to mention, I have never experienced this before. Normally, they respect your wishes. I was really hurt and upset. I chose not to get the remaining services I selected, which brings me to my next point. What is the purpose of scheduling an appointment and selecting services if they are still going to ask you what you’re getting? I think the salon has a great app, which is why I chose this salon in the first place. I thought that by using this app, when I walk in the most they would need to know, after checking me in and reviewing my selections of course, is are there any changes in my request. But no! Each time I have walked in, they don’t expect me, and I have to announce to the world what I’m getting. Other than having an appointment on the books, there’s really no need to choose a service because they won’t know anyway. I expected better from this place.
