I am here outside the salon at 7:32 was my arrival time. They lied and said they are closing and I told them it says 8pm. I BROKE ONE NAIL. I think the nail art was too intimidating for them. If you can’t do it just say that… no need to lie. This is bad business and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this salon. Very disappointed although arriving on before I am UNABLE TO FIX ONE NAIL. When I told them I would wait they began spewing excuses.

I stopped going because they don’t do updated nail designs. So I would just go for my brows(in the past few months). Last two times they keep messing up. I won’t get them done again here. Came in today for a quick fill I didn’t feel like driving to my usual place and I regret it. I asked for a design on my nails and was told no one could do it. Not even lines. Then I asked to get a polish change on my toes and got push back as if it was a hassle. Last time coming in. Asked to speak with the owner Fred and he told me he does do designs and then the lady who did my nails decided to start yelling in their language and said something and then he said that he don’t designs all of a sudden. Don’t go here! They are very Racist, Rude, and the service are terrible..

I had a great experience at the salon. I was greated and helped immediately. There were so many colors offered that it was hard to choose. The nail technician kept conversation with me and gave me a great shape and style. Quite affordable compared to the nail places near me. It took me about an hour and a half for coffin nails with regular polish.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for about five years going on 6 I always go see Chao she is amazing! She has great conversation and she always looks out for me if I’m running late she gives me a call to make sure I’m okay. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who’s looking for a long-term nail technician!

Amazing! After racing around for a good hour trying to find a nail salon that wasn’t already prebooked with appointments (I was on a time crunch and it’s was a warm Saturday morning in spring so I should’ve known better) I found this gem. They were fully staffed with nail techs ready to work and greeted me as soon as I walked in. The gentleman who greeted me kindly asked for me to wear a mask which I had no problem with. I was then seated with Nancy who got me started on my pedi and removing my old dip. She was fast, gentle, and thorough. She even cleaned up my cuticles (which seems like a rare service nowdays). Everyone in the salon was in a good mood and the gentleman at the front made us all laugh. The salon was clean and well-organized. Would definitely recommend and I’ll for sure be back to get my nails done again here!

Needs new management! There’s no reason they don’t know how to do nail art in 2022. They seem to only specialize in older women with plain nails or French. They don’t even offer marble. And the staff are unpleasant. Very disappointed with the service and customer support

I won’t be coming back. I went with my mom got acrylics done on Sunday, and there were off by Monday. I then went in to get them fixed willing to pay, but the manager told me no. I’m the middle of getting my nails fixed, the lady whispered to me that I had to pay. ($10) Then when I told my mom that I had to pay while getting my nails done she told me to hush. Then she kept talking to her co-workers in her native language while waving my hands around. After we were done she threw my hands down and told me to never come back, and walked away. I walked out of the store, and that is the last time I will be going there. I didn’t get her name, but she always wears blue scrubs. If you get assigned her for your nails, please reject.
