Positive: Quality, ValueI walked in to this place, I’ve never been here before, it was on my way to Kroger and I needed a haircut. I came in, had a seat, they immediately were ready, I sat down in Kim’s chair and explained what I wanted. She proceeded to give me a very meticulous cut. She would snip a little here, snip a little there, step back, look it over, snip some more, step back, look it over, snip, etc, for somewhere around 40 minutes. I ended up with possibly the best haircut I have ever had. I was very impressed. Great haircut. Thank you, Kim. You’re my new haircut guru. I walked in to this place, I’ve never been here before, it was on my way to Kroger and I needed a haircut. I came in, had a seat, they immediately were ready, I sat down in Kim’s chair and explained what I wanted. She proceeded to give me a very meticulous cut. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueOh my gosh – worst experience ever! I wanted a simple trim and the lady took a chunk of like 3 inches off my hair. After, telling her again that I just wanted a TRIM, she finally proceeded to trim my hair and I left with UNEVEN hair. A trim is like the most basic thing that a hairdresser should know how to do?? Also, it took her like an hour to do it and it was STILL uneven. I am now going to have to go somewhere else to get my hair fixed because I have uneven hair and its embarrassing. Oh my gosh – worst experience ever! I wanted a simple trim and the lady took a chunk of like 3 inches off my hair. After, telling her again that I just wanted a TRIM, she finally proceeded to trim my hair and I left with UNEVEN hair. A trim is like the most basic thing that a hairdresser should know how to do?? Also, it took her like an hour to do it and it was STILL uneven. I am now going to have to go somewhere else to get my hair fixed because I have uneven hair and its embarrassing. Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have had short hair for some time and just gone to Great Clips or one of those generic franchises on lunch hours to keep it from getting messy. Today I decided to try Pro Cuts because the pricing is so fair, and it’s close to home. There were a few customers in, but I only waited about 10 minutes before Lee walked over. I showed him 9 photos of what I wanted (short on one side, long on the other, clean up the back) and Lee gave me exactly what I wanted. I have never been to a salon where they got the picture perfect. Lee cuts and moves like a dancer. He is truly talented, I am still in awe of how he managed to look at a few pictures once, and give me a model haircut. I tipped $10 and I am not showering for 2 days because I love what he did.
