I went to Gabby PARKER. She listened to me, cut it the way I asked, suggested a high/ low lights, and is so friendly during the whole process. I have been going to this salon for a while now and haven’t had any trouble until I recently had my hair done by Kelsie Gilbert. I asked for a mild trim and highlight touch up and she left the bleach in my hair for over an hour. Clumps of my hair were falling out and I was forced to shave it. She was incredibly rude and still made me pay 250 for the service.
