I called around lunchtime on a Friday to see if a group of 4 people could come in for pedicures later that afternoon around 4, 4:30. They were able to accommodate us on that short notice, which was great! And I was happy with how my nails came out.

The one star is because I got an adequate pedicure. The manicure was pretty bogus. I asked for the dip nail removal and was going to let my nails breathe for a little while. He had me sit at the desk and swish my nails in a bowl of acetone with paper towels. A while later he came over to check then said I had to do it longer. When he finally got most of the dip stuff off, he sort of clipped my nails, I should have taken a picture, rather desultorily filed them, and left me with sharp edges and one side of the nail longer then the other on several of my fingers. I had to ask him to redo the filing. I do not recommend this place at all.

Critical: QualityI came on Wednesday and got a manicure and pedicure and I paid $123! 4 days later all my nails fell off!! I called and told them about my concerns, they told me to come back, so I did that same day I called, got there at 3pm with my coworker, because she also wanted to get a full set so they took her and started to do her nails and we left at 6pm the only person that got there nails done was my coworker, I sat there and waited, I just feel like my concerns was push to the side because I was getting my nails done again for free, and they tried to give me the same person that did my nails last time that only lasted 4 days and I’m sorry but I refused to let that person do my nails again so they can last another 4 days? I felt like they did my coworkers nails first because she was paying! This place is very nice but they don’t make you feel welcome. After waiting over an hour, they finally sat me down. They kept arguing that I didn’t have dip nails even though I kept telling them I did. I told them not to take the tips off yet they did and replaced them. Come time to pay, I expect to pay $35 because they charge $30 and $5 for coffin. Nope! They charged me $50!! I’m assuming $10 was for the removal of the nails that I told them NOT to remove, not sure what the other $5 charge could be. Even after all this, I was still stupid enough to tip the girl $10. I was going to wax my eyebrows but the girl was busy so they asked me to come back later. The nails are cute and the shape is perfect BUT not even 24 hours later, I was already missing one. I’m pretty upset, the rest don’t feel like they’re going to hold out much longer either.

Awesome salon. Entire staff are very friendly and welcoming. My nails are healthier because of their TLC and knowledge. My nails were horrible underneath the polish and now they are almost back to normal. Some salons are rough, especially removing gel, but these girls are gentle and their products seem to come off a lot easier. Found me a new home!

I wanted this to be a good experience, but it just wasn’t. Starting with having to soak my fingertips, yes the entire fingertip, in a bowl of acetone. A truly unpleasant experience. The person doing my nails barely scratched up the surface of my last gel manicure, so soaking them did nothing. She then chiseled and peeled at the polish so much that layers of my nails were coming off. I had to ask her to stop. She used the roughest nail file I’ve ever seen, which made my nail edge so jagged and rough looking. She made me bleed with the cuticle nippers. She did say sorry, and she did give a nice little back rub, but overall… I wouldn’t choose to return.

I was a walk-in and my nails were done by Kim. She did a wonderful job and it was reasonably priced for dip powder nails. They also give you a little shoulder massage while your nails dry! I will definitely be back!
