Definitely has gone downhill over the last 5 years. I used to frequent this shop before moving to Texas, and trusted my past experiences here. This last trip to visit was in preparation for a Bachelorette weekend at the beach. We got pedicures, and the bride got a gel manicure. Her nails were okay at best, not worth the $33, and the pedicure? She got cut during the pedicure, and now has grey oozing from her toe. My toes are peeling because I basically paid for my toes to be painted. Though I chose a basic pedicure package, I shouldnt be experiencing this 3 days later. Definitely disappointed in the quality. Please fix your shop quality!

I got my nails done today. I got a pedicure and a manicure. it was very expensive like overly expensive for what I wanted. The pedicure did not incorporate any massages or use of any kinds of creams. My manicure turned out very cute but the customer service was really bad. The employees were very rude. whenever I asked a question they were acting very hostile and would not respond politely. The girl that was doing my nails left me in the middle of the process and I waited over 2 hours for another lady. They would laugh and give us weird stares while talking in their own language not knowing we know their language. The shape of my toe nails are very different and uneven. one of my big toes is round, the other is square shaped.

I love it here. Andy is my tech and I always come to him for my fill and gel. Nails are thin, even, and smooth. Very well done, and not bad pricing. I have been coming here for about a year now. Highly recommended!

They were friendly, but I got the powder (dip) and they popped off three days later. The one on the left came off while I was chopping onions. The ones on the right came off while I was sweeping my floor then showering. I’ve never had that happen before. Definitely not worth $40.
