Called earlier today because I was going to take my daughter to have her nails done. So I spoke with Helen and I had a few questions for her, not only were they answered. It was how Helen delivered the information and her way of communication was provided. I was impressed by her because now in days anywhere you go specifically at a Nail Salon, yes they greet you in but no further than the ordinary, specially over the phone like I mentioned before. As I was talking to Helen I already knew where I’d be taking my daughter today. Funny cause my daughter was next to me when I called and before I told her I would take her there. She said to me, Mom she’s someone I would like to have my nails done from. Besides she was very nice and educated. I was like.. Right? Ok sounds great baby because I thought & felt the same way towards the Lady Helen.

i’ve been going to Toms Nails for many many years, even my daughter, the only person I talk to Mimi. Not only is she very professional, she’s such a sweetheart, she cares about your hands and feet, she even tells you do you like the color even sometimes when it doesn’t look good so try it on one finger if your not sure! . She does the best pedicures because she knows how to clean your feet takes her time! Her acrylics last forever. You could always talk to her if you feel uncomfortable! I do not go to anyone else, reading all the reviews I never noticed that before! Definitely make an appointment with Mimi- You won’t be disappointed!

it’s was a nice place and very inviting. but when get the skin around my nails they went a bit to close and hurt, and i’m not sure why but on my right hand middle finger it was sore so when the lady was filing, etc, is was quite painful. the colors were really cute and they did a nice job at painting my nails but the shape was off. my middle fingers where different shapes and i asked the lady a few times a softer almond shape but ended up with square nails so i touched them up at home. for the price i think it was good.

I went to Toms nails a few months back. It has been about 15 years since I went there. I was hoping they have changed for the better. No luck!!! The owner is bragging about how long she has been there. Then another lady says shes going to do my nails. So she puts them in warm sudsy water. So I’m thinking how nice and old fashion. Like the commercial. That warm water had acid or something in it. My nails were very weak and paper thin and so short. I walked in there with strong thick long natural nails. They were shredded. Everything I touched, hurt. and my nails were peeling off with every shower. Why they have alot of stars, I don’t know. If you want a lawsuit, this is the place. She should not be allowed to hurt and ruin peoples nails. Break the skin. It’s unlawful. Don’t go there!!!
