Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismMy daughter’s birthday was a week ago, and she’s been asking to get her nails done for the first time in her whole life. This was the only place that was opened, so we made an appointment, and went. It was very clean, and they got to us in record time. My daughter went first. The lady who did her nails did an outstanding job. Her nails came out really nicely.I rated this place 4 stars, because the guy who did mine, while they look extremely good, he made my cuticles bleed and got super glue on my skin (some of the skin around the nail is actually stuck to the nail). If you go here, just be careful who you get to do your nails!The other staff actually cared for people’s children, and helped out their customers in more ways than just doing their nails. My daughter’s birthday was a week ago, and she’s been asking to get her nails done for the first time in her whole life. This was the only place that was opened, so we made an appointment, and went. It was very clean, and they got to us in record time. My daughter went first. The lady who did her nails did an outstanding job. Her nails came out really nicely.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityLooking back on the reviews, I see several customers had the same experience I did. I’ve moved here from St. Louis, and I really wanted to find my forever nail salon since I’ve been getting my nails done for 15+ years now. Made an appointment and got there about 15 minutes early. Signed in (their sign in sheet is where the errors begin – they should have a column for Appointment vs Walk-in). I even wrote my appointment time down. Sat there and at about 5:55 a mother and her daughter came in and signed in and sat down. Then out of the blue at 6:00 a male worker came over and called them back, like I wasn’t even there before them let alone had an appointment! This has actually happened to me at two other salons, so oh no, I did say something and they got me over to the pedi chair, but this made me feel invisible and unimportant. I will not go back! I’ve moved here from St. Louis, and I really wanted to find my forever nail salon since I’ve been getting my nails done for 15+ years now. Made an appointment and got there about 15 minutes early.
