The only reason they have one star is because Google want let me!!! This place is terrible . The manager did my daughters nails. While doing the manicure, he cut her multiple times with the futile cuter and drill. In addition, he was cutting her with the nail file. Whenever it came to the gel polish, he couldn’t even do a simple solid nail polish color. There was dust under the polish, the machines were drying the gel properly, and he was highly incompetent. Due to inability to perform a simple nail act, my daughter told him that she did not want to get any polish and be done with the service. He left her nails rugged, with polish still in tact from a terrible job of removing it. Whenever we confronted him about the failed attempt for a gel manicure and our concerns about paying full price for literally nothing . He began to argue with us and forcibly tell us we have to pay full price anyways. He denied all occurrences of my daughters fingers bleeding and stating he didn’t think he’d done anything wrong. ed. After all of this he did even offer a discount or for someone else to correct his wrong doings.

New management makes a huge difference!! David did my fill-in for the first time and I love the results! Not only was I greeted with a smile. He was friendly and offered me something to drink and made sure I was happy throughout the fill in. Lots of color choices, too. Carol also made a point to come over and say hello and make sure I was pleased with my nail services. Wasn’t busy and they had lots of pedicure chairs! Will be back. Highly recommend!

Took my girlfriend to get her nails done and the man cut her in 4 different places. The polish was sloppy and he gave her a random big diamond on 1 finger with the rest small ones. Here left index finger is a mess and didn’t fix the little things she asked him to Nail art, Acrylic nails

If I can put a negative 5 star I would. First and foremost they are not nice rude and ruff. On several occasions I asked for several things to be done to my pedicure and I kept getting shut down. I’m paying for services , but they did it to their liking and what benefit them. They left my feet with cuticles and the nail polish looks like a 3 yrs old did it. Then, I get sat to do my dip on my hands. The guy was super rude and ruff. I asked him to file my nails narrow and he said no he can’t bc that’s not how my nails are. Again contesting my request. My dip is terrible. They left my cuticles all dirty with the polish. My 6 yr old could do a better job in painting my nails. And to top it off my nails looks bulky wide, not smooth dirty cuticles with nail polish and everything was $95!!! Do not go to this place. A rip off for my money time. Horrible experience

I made a review on here a couple weeks ago about how well and nice everything went. I didn’t mention the open cut I received due to excessive scraping of the nail file because accidents happen. I went back today (short acrylic dip) and it felt like my fingers were being rubbed raw and cut from how many times she missed my nail with the file. I’ve never had this issue with getting shorter nails. I was given a spot right after a lady and they used the same tools on me with no sign of sanitation. (I watched the whole switch because I thought I noticed this last time) along with the same towel and paper towel laid down, I could literally see the polish and skin on the table from the last person. DISGUSTING. The dremel was on the highest setting at the end because they had someone else to get to and they were closing. That burned like hell.. She didn’t ask me to wash my hands so she put the top coat on with little pieces in it. I even had to ask for lotion at the end because my hands felt so dusty. I still stand by the great eyebrow wax services but now that I am certain they don’t sanitize instruments, I won’t be going back. I’m so bummed. OH and zero personality, she spoke to me like twice.

Overall the friendliness was good but I paid $75.00 for just clear square nail set but got long duck nails, was telling the nail tech that they needed filing an she didn’t listen, and four days later three nails pops off, so now I’m forced to cut them down!!! Really upset because I could have kept my money… I will not never go back again
