Ms Tobey is great! She has been cutting my hair since I was a child and now 20+ years later as an adult I make all of my appointments with her, even though it means driving a little farther than the average person would to have their hair cut. Every visit yields the same great result and looks. I wouldn’t have anyone else but her cut my hair, definitely recommend!
