Critical: ValueOne Instant Bed has been out of Service for months (6+ ? / Room 26)… another Instant Bed has multiple burnt out bulbs in the lid that have not been replaced for at least 2 months (Room 1). More often than not, at least one of the Fastest beds is out of service. Fastest beds that are available seldom work properly (Room 30 / fan controls inoperable). Has gradually gone down hill over the last few years with management turnover. Money is invested in new “sauna” and “infra-red” devices, as the core tanning beds either don’t work, or limp along with missing bulbs.Can’t see where “contact information” needs to be provided (per “Owner” response)… how ’bout just doing the appropriate maintenance to the Tanning Beds that your customers are paying for? Marion, Iowa location / Blairsferry Road. BTW – Room #1 Instant was completely down and not available this weekend, as was Room #26.. Room #6 also had bulbs burnt out… its really getting pathetic. One Instant Bed has been out of Service for months (6+ ? / Room 26)… another Instant Bed has multiple burnt out bulbs in the lid that have not been replaced for at least 2 months (Room 1). Critical: ProfessionalismThere is an older blonde lady there Who works in the morning. She has always been so rude to me gives me attitude and rude faces. She told me that I was not allowed to use tanning oil in the tanning beds. Why in the hell do they sell tanning oil then? I purchased the tanning oil specifically from them also and now I’m not allowed to use it wow. There is an older blonde lady there Who works in the morning. She has always been so rude to me gives me attitude and rude faces. She told me that I was not allowed to use tanning oil in the tanning beds. Why in the hell do they sell tanning oil then? I purchased the tanning oil specifically from them also and now I’m not allowed to use it wow. I will no longer go back to this suntan city because of the rude lady.

Critical: ValueThe app gives wrong information. Do not cancel until the last day of your billing cycle or you will lose whatever days you have left. Even though you paid for them. They wont refund or let you tan. I had 10 days left that I paid for. The girls who work there could not care less. Many of the beds are old. Would not recommend.Service: Tanning
