It was my first time visiting this salon the other day as a walk-in customer to obtain a mani/pedi & a simple wax job. It was nice to be greeted quickly when entering the door but my experience started to go downhill while getting the services actually completed.

My sister and I got pedicures with gel. They left out the foot scrapping and hot stone massage on my sister. The next day mu cuticle was so far from the gel nails that it looked like I needed them repainted. Some of the nail techs are experienced and do great work…the others…nip here and there…not good. Make an appointment and check reviews for the best tech.

I recently went on Nov 9, I tried TJ bc it was near and had decent reviews I usually go to another salon. No doubt my toes look pretty, BUT I did pay 65 including tip. Which is a lot, I am willing to pay bc it is a service but I got no explanation for why it was 55 for the pedi or what is included with it. Then the lady who did my toes was really rough, she kept hurting me. The day after my toes were so sore and my left big toe has an infection now. This is no review to shame them, they did a good job, but to just be mindful ab their client.

Amazing service! Genuine customer care. I am a tuff customer to most salons and they were so kind and took extra care when my nails were sensitive. Jenny was amazing with the dip. They took amazing car of my sister too and she said it’s the best her nails ever have looked. We highly recommend this salon. We didn’t ask for anything extravagant but they really give that genuine care about their customers!

I’ll give this place 3-4 stars and an honest review. I got my nails done here today for the first time after looking at some prices in the area. I saw it was $15 for a fill, and because I prefer gel polish, it’s $20. What the sign says.

I have been here a few times, but after paying $65.00, I will not be returning. I had an in-grown toenail that was dug out and became severely infected. The gal who did my manicure did not massage my hands but for just a couple of minutes and the gel polish is already lifting and peeling. I was there on 11/06/22. Gel manicures, Pedicure

Long wait on the weekend. Don’t like they always say “no wait” and still wait for 30mins. There’s many good stores next by, if I know I have wait for 30mins I can go home goods or trader Joe for a nice short walk.

They need to work more on their English and making sure that their customers understand the pricing on different services they offer. I was there recently for a pedicure manicure and I want to gel on my fingers and she said it be $15 more $15 more of what price never made it clear and then she said I do it for five dollars over! OK sounds good to me that meant my charges would be $60 do she painted my nails wrong just polish no gel! I had to ask for the gel to be put on my fingers. then Eric decided that he was going to demand that I paid my for my services in advance, I asked him what are you talking about he says pay for the services now emphatically, he embarrassed me in front of other customers in the store there was no reason for him to demand payment in advance with no explanation why? I did tell him that I would pay for the service lonce it was completed and I did. I even tipped the girl even though I was seething mad about all the miscommunication made. I will never go back to this salon again Eric is rude, they need to learn how to have customer relationships when they say $15 more say what the amount is should be listed on price sheet!!!
