In addition we have incorporated complementary therapies, including Yoga and Meditation. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is thousands of years old. Its basic concept is that a vital force of life, called Qi, surges through the body in pathways called meridians. Any imbalance to Qi can cause disease and illness. Our Massage Techniques can restore the balance of Qi and improve your well-being.

I’ve been getting massage therapy for years now to manage my chronic back pain. Now I finally have a new go-to therapist. This place just opened, located in the professional building next to Big Lots and the Armstrong Garden Center. My therapist was Mei. Her technique is amazing. For such a small woman, she’s super strong and really works out the knots. She gave me a combo massage with combined some swedish, some Thai Yoga Stretching massage, and deep tissue massage. I haven’t felt this relaxed in a long time. I’m so glad I came here.

I’m hunched over all day because of my work so I really needed a good massage. after reading reviews everyone said mei is the girl to go to so I requested her and she did an amazing job. I asked for the swedish/deep tissue combo but she put in the yoga one too which i’m not complaining about! my back felt amazing afterwards. some of the stretching did hurt a little but I know I needed it. Her technique is really good too. everything flows together smoothly and she has good pressure. Right now the hour massage is only $50 and she actually gave me a few minutes extra so thats nice. i work at a high end spa where massages are $150+ i think her skills are equivalent to the massages therapists I work with and its only a fraction of the price. be sure to leave a nice tip because I can tell she works her butt off!
