Horrible customer service , they cutt my toe nails off even tho I wanted my toenails to be squared for a pedicure then after they messed them up they wanted me to pay an extra $10 to fix them . I said no because why should I pay extra for your mistakes? then They triple charge me. Right I have an investigation going on with them because they’re committing fraud . I wouldn’t come here . They don’t do very good anyways. The photos of their work describe their self.

Very shocked because we all understand prices have gone up but they have taken it to the extreme. I had a pedicure done, before economic crisis they charged $20 with nail color. Went again right after pandemic $25 ok. I went today 7/26/22 they charged $35 without nails colored! So upset because businesses are abusing and taking advantage of the crisis! Do they not understand we are also feeling it?

It was my first time getting acrylic nails. Let me tell you that it was bad. Like the lady that did my nail she did it uneven and also when it comes to painting my nails she did it bad too. My nails just look thick and uneven. Also she cut me during the process of doing my nails in some areas. Don’t get me wrong the people are nice over there but the work that they do it’s very bad. Overall I feel like she just rushed it. So know I learned my lesson. Now I’m only going over there for pedicures and eyebrows that’s it.

If I could give it zero I definitely will don’t get me wrong I go all the time for my eyebrows they never fail me on that beyond amazing but I got my lashes done and wow beyond horrible they use so much toxic glue they apply so many lashes extension on just one natural lash they started falling off but not alone it removed my natural lash along with it and left me eyelash less but hey my eyebrows are still great

Had my daughters nails (hands and feet) done here for graduation. Not only was she switched around to 3 different people, but the gel polish (which should last for a very long time, that needs to be sanded off) FELL OFF her nails within 2 days!!! NO, NOT CHIPPED, FELL OFF AS 1 FULL PIECE!! I used to be a loyal client (waxing, nails, pedicures, & lashes), but after this awful experience (both during and after) they will not get 1 more penny from me.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI usually come here to do my eyebrows and I love how they come out but the one day I go and do my lashes my eyes were glue shut, the lady who did my lashes applied to much glue to the point where my eyes were burning, it was poking my eyes, my eyes were bawling out & also red. I called to ask to be fixed they told me they can’t do nothing about it that I would have to come back and pay full price meanwhile these lashes didn’t even last a day & i had to take them out before getting on my flight. I told them the situation & nothing was resolved yet my eyes could’ve gotten infected. I’ve had these acrylics on for 3 days now and they are already starting to come off. My friend & I had no soap or anything in our water for our pedicure, just plain water. Her toe is starting to get a lot of pain and looks infected, not sure if it has something to do with that or not. They made up prices on our nails as they went which was so unprofessional, I ended up paying $65 for a plain blue acrylic set that he didn’t even make the length I wanted it.
