Excellent 30 minute chair massage! They even accommodated my last minute request. I feel So Much Better (per neck and shoulder pain from stress and headbanging at a 4 hour metal concert! Brava!

There’s a reason this is the only salon in the area that has day-of availability and walk ins. The quality is horrible and their services are overpriced. The pedicure is standard, fine. Nothing special for the $35 price. I have been coming here because it’s convenient but I will not be back. This place is unsanitary, not all of the techs wear gloves, and their solution to breaking skin and gashing cuticles is to use their own nails to dig into the open cut to try to stop it from bleeding. Then they ignore the cuts and open wounds and pretend to not see them anymore. This place is a complete rip off do not waste your time I promise you will leave unhappy.

My nail tech did a fantastic job with my toes and actually helped push back my cuticles which I love. Many techs will just paint around them but it leaves a weird nail shape and immediately looks grown out, so I much preferred this style. The shop is clean and comfortable and easily accomadated 3 pedicurea

I am extremely disappointed. My nail broke and due to my normal nail tech being away to visit family, I went to Coco Blue in Old City. I told them I what I was looking for and they began to work. I am not sure if the tech who was working with me was new, but she did not seem to know what she was doing and appeared to be closely monitored. She took a very long time to take off my dip. My normal nail tech takes me dip off in about 15 minutes and this tech took twice that long, if not longer. She then began to put new dip on and everything was going fine until she was putting the final clear coat on. The nail polish left bubbles and she did nothing to fix it. When I asked her to fix it, she attempted to by using cuticles cutters to removed the bubbles, which did nothing, and decided to leave them there. Once I left I started to look at my nails more closely and I found more bubbles and the dip to be blotchy. This place is also so unnecessary expensive. I paid $62 for a dip manicure no design, one color. The price was raised $7 for ONE tip due to my nail breaking. Maybe to you this isn’t expensive but I get a dip manicure with hand drawn designs (which includes taking it off the previous dip and putting on a tip if needed) for $55, so you are going to the wrong place if you are coming here.

I just moved to the city and I wanted to treat myself to a pedicure. Coco Blue Nail and Spa happened to be right down the street! It was very nice inside and the woman who performed my pedi was very good and listened to my requests. I got the $45 hot stone pedi because…why not? Treat yo’ self! I believe the woman’s name was Inez. She even showed me the timer with 10 minutes on it when she began my lotion/stone massage. I am docking a star because the workers started cleaning at about 6:30pm, when they closed at 7:30pm. I do not have a problem with them cleaning because it was a Friday night and who wants to stay late??? BUT after sweeping, the workers mopped the floor with a very strong substance. It gave me a headache when my nails were drying. I will be back again though, just not so close to close!

I’ve tried to give Coco Blue a shot a few times. The first few times the gel manicures chipped in 2 or 3 days. The last time, I made an appointment for a pedicure, checked in on time, and was ignored for 25 minutes even though they knew I was waiting for an appointment. No acknowledgement or anything. I’ve given this place a few shots because I really wanted them to be good, but it’s just not worth the time.

Wanted baby boomer nails (ombre french manicure) but got an atrocity instead. Only one person who does acrylics. $75 too. I won’t go back or recommend. Nice atmosphere for a mani or pedi but not talented enough for acrylics.

Critical: Professionalism, ValuePros: I enjoyed the pedicure and the price of a normal spa pedicure is reasonable for the area.Cons: Actual value is not great– massage times are short, attention to detail is lacking. A manicure (with no polish) was $25 and the add-on cost for gel polish was absurd.Biggest Con: You’re gonna get tip-shamed (and if you don’t have cash you will be forced to use the ATM because you can’t put a tip on your card). I put down a $10 tip for my $70 pedicure (15%, which is standard, right??) and the pedicurist said “Um, your service was $70… this is only 10%. Most people leave at least 20%.” There were other staff members standing around staring so I proceeded to leave another $4 and walked out without a “Thanks” from the pedicurist.I’ve been to CoCo Blue once before this and didn’t experience this but, unfortunately, this left a really bad taste in my mouth. This nail spa is super close to my apartment but I’ll be finding a new place to go because of this encounter.Services: Pedicure, ManicurePros: I enjoyed the pedicure and the price of a normal spa pedicure is reasonable for the area. …More

I rated this salon a 3 star because even though I liked the atmosphere and the customer service they gave at first I was highly upset by the fact they acted as if they couldn’t understand me also the fact that they obligated a 20 % tip on each service I got . Which was a gel mani pedi and I paid over a 100+ for that alone and then 20% to each service that’s ridiculous first time there n I sadly won’t be back! I always tip but to tip on each thing I got done eyebrows nails n feet that’s crazy
