I have had nothing but a good experience at this nails store. I have taken my ex girlfriend here several times and she was always pleased getting a manicure. I also braved it out and got myself a manicure and a pedicure. I found the customer support to be very friendly and the prices were very reasonable.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueTerrible Service! DO NOT GO HERE!! Bathrooms were awfully nasty with black spots in corners, very outdated and very little color and design options. People working there were very unskilled and clipped off a chunk of my toe nail. I had an appointment at 5 o clock last time and i made another appointment in advance for same time just 3 weeks from them. I show up and she mistakenly put my appointment for 6. She didn’t do anything about it shrugged her shoulders when im sure I made the appointment for 5 like always. I am very dissatisfied and pleased to say I am done and have learned my lesson with this nail salon. NEVER GO HERETerrible Service! DO NOT GO HERE!! Terrible Service! DO NOT GO HERE!! Bathrooms were awfully nasty with black spots in corners, very outdated and very little color and design options. People working there were very unskilled and clipped off a chunk of my toe nail. I am a customer for few years and always ask for Susan she’d good job with the nails, but she always slow and she always attended me late, she think everybody have her time, that was I cancel to her few times because I know she always take forever to finish with other costumers and that’s way she always late when she attended me, she never in time last Saturday I have an appointment with her and I said this is the last time if she late again I never comback again, I have my appointment at 11 in the morning this past Saturday and again she is 20 minutes late I just leave the place I never comback to that place again in my life.

I liked the service. Tina was friendly, gentle and patient. The place is huge. They are located next to Starbucks on Chino. I called to see if they could take me in 5 minutes and they did. They are straight forward with the additional charges. No hidden charges. Only reason I took a point off is because their door was open and some flying insects were surrounding me.

Disappointing, I came here as a 1st visit and wont be returning. The color I wanted was apparently a dip powder which was not noted on the color selection and was told that the nail technician that knows how to do dip powder is too busy….wait so the nail technician that was doing my manicure was not trained how to do that service so why the hell do you offer a color service that not everyone knows how to do?

Tina is one of the best if you are looking for an acrylic set. I have gone to her for over a year now and she always listens to what I want, gives suggestions for what I may be describing or if I just don’t know what to do next. She is also very gentle. I went to another nail tech there ONCE and got the middle of my real nail ripped off along with my acrylic. TINA is the way to go

Don’t know about some of these haters on here…but These Gals provide so much GREAT service they go ABOVE & BEYOND. I walk in there always welcome greeted by my first name and my nails r ALWAYS FLAWLESS!!! Susan & Holly are my girls but I’ve had my nails done by almost everyone in there…and still happily coming for the last 2 years already!!!
