I’ve been going to the Pearl City location here on Oahu, Hawaii for almost 1 year now and I’ve always had a great experience. The wax specialists are well trained and make you feel comfortable to ask any questions. They give honest answers about before and after skin care. The products EWC offers are very effective. If you plan on going regularly, it is best to get a membership for cost savings. Look out for deals on memberships, especially when the holidays come around. You also accumulate points quickly with the membership, which can be redeemed for products. I believe you get extra points when you book appointments in center. I always book my next appointment after I come out of a session. I also suggest creating an account online so you can easily get your appointment reminders and know about upcoming deals and specials.

Waxing a 5 but the staff at front desk is rude, they always have been at this location and the mere fact the owner requires people to wear mask and guest at this time (over 2.5 years later and no federal, local or state mandates) is insane! Should be a choice period!

I always have a great experience at this European Wax location! I feel comfortable going to any of the estheticians there, and if there is one I haven’t been to, I still don’t hesitate because I have only had good experiences. The front desk staff are friendly and know what they are doing, including the payment packages, their appointment system, and they can answer questions about the waxing procedures as well.
